How it works

  1. Tell us where the manufacturer is, what you sell, where and how.
  2. See each requirement with what to do and the regulation it comes from.
  3. Make your GPSR label, or ask us to introduce a provider for the rest.

Frequently asked questions

Does GPSR apply to me if my company is outside the EU?

Yes, if you sell consumer products to people in the EU, including through marketplaces. You also need an economic operator established in the EU who is responsible for the product.

What has to be on a GPSR label?

The manufacturer’s name, postal and electronic address; the EU responsible person if the manufacturer is outside the EU; a type, batch or serial number; and warnings or safety information in the local language.

Is packaging EPR the same in every country?

No. Each country runs its own register and fees, for example LUCID in Germany and the UIN in France. The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation applies from 12 August 2026 and harmonises parts of it.
